Hi there! We are a staging family. Allison Conn, lead designer and Katie Cosby assistant designer, and Cathy Berner Warehouse Specialist. We are privileged to work together on design projects throughout the DFW area.

Allison has dabbled in several creative outlets including currently  owning a home boutique in downtown Mckinney called Birds & Words home boutique, interior design, furniture painting and one of her most favorites - home staging.   She loves helping properties come to life with accents and furnishings-finding a lot of inspiration from nature.

Katie works behind the scenes of Stage-ology- from scheduling, to invoicing to installing! She loves helping create a positive experience for clients.

Cathy works behind the scenes of Stage-ology- from organizing, to packing to de-staging! She loves bringing a joyful and energetic spirit to the team while utilizing her skills!
