What does an installation include?
Our vacant packages include full staging pieces to complete each space.

Living room: Area rug, coffee table, sofa, accent chairs, side tables, lamps, decor for mantle and coffee table, pillows, throw blanket, and artwork.
Dining room: Dining table, dining chairs, floral arrangement, artwork, and a floor tree.
Kitchen: Fruit bowl, canisters, recipe book, and accent decor.
Breakfast nook: Dining table, dining chairs, arrangement, and a piece of artwork
Primary bedroom: Headboard, mattresses, bedding, nightstands, lamps, artwork, (depending on size of room dresser, accent chairs, side table, tree, etc).
Office: Area rug, desk, desk chair, decor for desk, artwork/bookshelf with decor.
Bathrooms: White hand towel, white bath towel, arrangement and artwork (space permitting).

What does the package option price include?
Designer selection of items, installation of furniture, rental of furniture for either 60 or 90 days depending on the contract and de-staging. Clients may choose to rent the furniture on a 30 day extension from the end of their contract date for 15% of the contract fee.

Do you offer occupied staging packages?
Unfortunately, we do not offer occupied staging packages at this time, but would be happy to refer you to our contacts! However, we would love to help you with any vacant staging questions you may have!

What types of payment do you accept?
We can accept paypal, venmo, zelle, or check for payment. An invoice will be sent upon completion of staging services (day of staging) via paypal. If you are paying by check, we request the check be brought to the property on the day of staging.

What style of furniture will be brought to my property?
Our aim is to honor the home and also showcase as well. The style of the furniture is influenced by the architecture, colors, etc in the property. The design decisions are ultimately held by Stage-ology.
